🗓️ This Week – Episode 31: “sharing is caring”, I hope your care about this newsletter - a little!

It;s been 30 weekly newsletters straight already, this one is the 31st! I hope you've been enjoying reading these newsletters so far. On my side I do enjoy writing them as I am trying to share my thoughts on what makes us better tech leaders, individual contributors from my experience. 

But just hoping that you enjoy it is not enough as I would like to have more details to improve for the next ones. This time, I am asking all of you to provide me 5 minutes of your time with more structured feedback that will definitely help me to shape my next phase of “Geek to Star” sharing. Here is the link to the feedback Google form. It is a completely anonymous survey, you don't even need to log in with your Google account to make it simple and easy.

I am super encouraged to see that almost all newsletters have been read by close to 60% of you, it's a very high rate. Some of you also share with me your thoughts and feedback occasionally, that I am integrating in my continuous improvement approach.  All this is helping me a lot to keep motivated for the weekly discipline so far - sometimes even finalizing the newsletter late on Saturdays when the week has been too busy. Kudos to you 🎁!
